Do you include all cabling?

Yes — all essential cabling is included with our rental and production packages. This covers power, signal, and interconnect cables needed to operate the system as intended. If your event requires specialty or unusually long cable runs, we’ll confirm those details in advance so there are no surprises.
can i come pick up?

Absolutely. Clients who choose to pick up their equipment receive a 20% discount on the final total. All gear is pre-tested, organized, and packed for safe transport. We’ll also provide basic loading assistance and a quick handoff walkthrough so you feel confident with your setup.
can you deliver and set up?

We’ll deliver your equipment, set everything up properly, perform a basic systems check, and return after your event for teardown. This is ideal if you already have a dedicated operator.
$500 flat delivery & setup fee within 30 miles
Additional $1.25 / mile past 30 miles
We also offer a full production package includes delivery, setup, professional audio operation, real-time troubleshooting, and teardown — so you can focus entirely on your event.
DAMAGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY?

A refundable security deposit (25% of the rental total) is required for all rentals and will be returned upon timely return of equipment in proper working condition.
Renters are fully responsible for the care of all equipment while in their possession and will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as the full replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged items.
If equipment fails under normal use, we will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot or replace it as quickly as possible.
