Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking or taking possession of any equipment, the Renter assumes full responsibility for its care, use, and return from the time of delivery or pickup until it is returned. All equipment must be used properly, protected from damage, theft, weather, and misuse, and returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear excepted) with all included items. The Renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement for any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen, including any associated labor, shipping, and loss-of-use fees. All equipment will be inspected upon return, and any applicable charges will be invoiced and due upon receipt.
